Tv and movies

I saw the Favourite finally last Friday and that was one strange and interesting movie! I really had no idea what I was getting into when I went into the cinema, almost like when I went to see the Handmaiden... lol, maybe I should do more research instead of being enamored by the idea of historical/costume dramas and lesbians. :D

But even with all the strangeness and the spoiler spoiler it was all worth it just to see this outfit. That is a cosplay goal for sure! 



Then I caught up with the Magicians last night and omg Eliot!!!! Aaaaah! and Quentin after the mosaic quest was done! Waaah! (but also Margo seemed a bit off in both of the last 2 episodes, what's up with that? I've also forgotten what the horrible thing Alice did was, so I'm kind of confused why they all hate her? She ruined their plan in the maze, I guess? Maybe I just need to rewatch season 3 anyway...)

Also, I'm sorry if you left a comment and I haven't replied... I suck at that right now for some reason. I'll try to catch up this weekend

I went to see The Favourite earlier this week! I knew I would like it because I love Olivia Colman and Yorgos Lanthimos' earlier movies, but I ended up really loving it. It was so intense. :'D And yes, that costume is everything! The film was so beautifully put together.

The whole movie was gorgeous! I should look up where they filmed it...

I was disappointed with the ending, I'm tired of sad/bad endings for queer people in movies, but yeah it was a really cool movie to see on screen. I feel like it could not have been made like ten years ago

It would be nice to see queer movies with happy endings.. I'm looking forward to Baby Jane, because yay it's a Finnish lesbian movie and looks beautiful & interesting, but at the same time I fear it's going to be a depressingly tragic story.
