I am despairing over NHL Revealed. The torrents for the 3 new episodes just don't exist. I went so far as to try and BUY them legally, but they won't give them to me! Both iTunes and Amazon have them region locked so that only people in the US can buy them. Whyyyyyyyyyyy? ;____; I want to see the Olympic episodes so bad.

The Wild haven't been playing in ages and I miss my hockey team. I really wanna see how Moulson will work out and just... hockey! I can't seem to watch a whole game of other teams playing, it just doesn't grab my attention the same way. But Määttä had two goals in the last game and he's such a bb still. Also those photos from the Leafs charity thing(?) where Bozie/Phil were doing couple poses was great for me, and also that Phil may or may not have been wearing Tyler's shirt. Where is the epic 50,000 word Phil/Tyler fic? Every pairing has one but not them. I neeeeeed it in my life.

Went to visit Gramma in the beginning of the week. She's such a good person and she's so active still. I mean she goes to the gym 5 times a week! Just wow

Oh you poor baby! XD But seriously, I understand your pain. It's so wrong when you can't even get the stuff you want legally. Like, don't they want the money?

Also, I had some time to kill one day and ended up browsing the hockey rpf section in archive of our own. I blame you. (I don't even know any of the players! XD)

Just after I posted this some amazing person on tumblr posted links to the episodes, so now I have happily watched them. :D But yeah, seems like really bad business sense, like do you hate money, or what?

I think this primer is what got me started in the fandom http://thefourthvine.livejournal.com/160117.html#cutid1 it has the most popular pairings listed and I think it has links to primers.

Looks like I don't really have that many primers saved anywhere... >_> But if you get interested in one of the pairings mentioned in the primer there, I should have some fic links to share. (the most popular pairings are Kane/Toews and Crosby/Malkin. I need to point that out because the primer mentions a lot of pairings. Those two have the most fic.)

here we go again (I managed to delete my original comment somehow because I'm an idiot. So I won't write any specific things on these, just click and see if you like. I don't remember if we have similar tastes in fics or not (I like epic fics the best so many if not all of these are pretty long) also Duncs/Seabs is a super rare pairing so I only have a few recs for the pairing. ^_^; I mentioned this to arilyn9 and she said she would stop by and maybe add some more Malkin/Crosby recs because they are her otp, so hopefully that will happen.

There are a lot of married fic in other pairings though *hint hint* but I think it's because the fic written about them is from way back in 2010-2011 mostly, when the Hockey rps fandom was getting started properly. Now they are both super married with kids, which tends to curtail shipping.
