Perseverance and all that good stuff

YES! I managed to fix my kobo, which has been frozen for months and months. I really hope it won't do that to me again. Luckily I hadn't had the time to order a new e-reader yet.

Work practice has been really interesting so far. Tomorrow is the last day this week, because it's Independence day on Friday. Also tomorrow is only a half day really as everyone is going to have... uh are they called office Christmas parties in English? Anyway, I'm going to eat all the Christmas food. Yum, can't wait.

Also, trying to get used to 'working' full day is super tiring after just lolling about in University all year. Hopefully I will have some energy to write fic during the longer weekend. (I should really start working on my Yuletide fic...)

Also the Wild won against the Flyers, but the next game is against the Hawks, which isn't going to be fun at all. Granlund is still having concussion symptoms, which really sucks. I hope he'll be okay. I mean how much would it suck to have to retire at 21 and not even get to play one whole season in the NHL. (I mean I know it's better than most hockey players manage, but still.)

I had to like delete everything on it, all the kobo files etc and then reset the whole thing on program that came with kobo. It was super complicated and from what I learned from googling the problem that it's pretty common for kobo's there's something about the epub format that can mess it up. >_>
