Lost to the Caps in a shootout. Why on earth would they have put Coyle in as the third shooter?

Not happy about this... They'd better win against the Canes, because the Blues won their game and will take the third spot from the Wild now.

And I have an eight o'clock lecture, because of course I do. Two hours to sleep, yay...

...Yeah no Parise in the shootout seems like a bit of an error.
(I've actually kind of been eyeing tickets for the Canes-Wild game except it looks like I'm probably going to end up watching Virginia Tech football get slaughtered by Miami instead. Oh well.)

He was hurt, so he couldn't go. But my problem is putting a 21 year old who has never been in a shootout in last, so he has all the pressure on him. If they had to have him in, make him go first.

Aw, that's a shame. I hope you go see some other game some other time. :)

Parise was shaken up from blocking a shot at the end of overtime, so that's why it wasn't him. But that meant it had to be one of Coyle, Granlund, or Nino, and don't you think they would have gone with Granlund?

I know, but why on earth would they put Coyle in third! Put him up first, so he doesn't have so much pressure on him. Also I was pretty surprised they didn't give Granny a chance. (although might be because he hasn't been able to score on any of his breakaways yet)
