Missed milestone!

oanjaSo I passed a thousand posts nine posts ago, bummer (I've had this journal since 18 February 2006). I feel like I should have celebrated that somehow. But...
Anyway, I'm going back to mom's again tomorrow, as I have that hairdresser appointment again. Let's see how blond my hair can get. :D
What else? I've been watching reruns of last seasons hockey games on TV, and I really miss hockey already. *pout* Also I found a store that sells NHL shirts and things online and I could get a Wild t-shirt for 16€ (plus 7,90€ in shipping) I kinda really want it, even though getting a white t-shirt is pretty much asking for trouble as they are usually always somewhat see-through and there is the danger of spilling something on it. (not to mention that it's actually a kid's shirt but the size chart makes me believe it should fit...)
My hockey big bang fic is coming along. I have 8,900 words written, so that's good. The only problem is that I pretty much suck at creating drama and/or tension in my stories. They mostly just run along rather smoothly and I don't think people find that sort of thing very interesting. >_> Well... Maybe there is still time to stir something up. ^_^; Also my a/b/o universe might be getting a bit too egalitarian, I mean the whole point of the trope is basically just to write kinky sex, right? I guess I'll write the first draft and then see how it turned out and maybe change some bits then. (I'm hoping the story will be around 25,000 when finished. That seems totally doable.)
Then on a totally random note, but the weather has been really cold the past few days... Is the summer over now? Seems kinda early. (also I think it's because we're getting cold winds from the arctic right now, so most likely it will warm back up again.)
