Well watching hockey has definitely made me post more... I'm sorry my non hockey peeps for all the spam. :D

Minnesota goes against Detroit tonight!

Oilers and Kings 2-1

¤ Both sucked on powerplay
¤ Carter and Richards were playing in the same line \0/
¤ Was Brown the captain in their cup year? I think he was but he looked a lot older with a beard. :D
¤ Seriously there were so many penalties! (and some of them were weird calls by the referees, imo)
¤ Still the goalies did a good job, considering how choppy the whole game was. Quick looked good, I'm hoping this will begin a upwards trend.
¤ Carter got a goal. \0/ Also he looks really tanned. Especially against that white jersey. There should be sunbathing fic out there somewhere?
¤ I'm amused that the NHL is playing Sandstorm in the pauses. I've heard it in many games. (damn it's an old song)
¤ Yakupov has been playing great, he really stands out
¤ Nugent-Hopkins got a goal but it got thrown out. The fan reaction was really stupid imo. I mean all that stuff thrown to the ice and how they threw drinks at the officials. =/
¤ Well Yakupov got his goal with 4,7 seconds left in the clock. He was happy! :D
¤ LA gets a stupid penalty in overtime for having too many men on the ice and the Oilers score.
¤ Well the Kings got their first point... That's something?

Fleyers - Rangers 2-1

¤ Flyers played a lot better in this game, they were controlling the puck for most of the game
¤ The commentator said that the Rangers were playing with only two lines for a lot of the first period...
¤ Simmonds scores and there is confetti raining down on the ice :D Players pick it up.
¤ Flyers were pretty good at not gettting penalties in the first two periods.
¤ Voraceck get's the second goal for the Flyers
¤ But then the Rangers get the PP and score in the beginning of the third. =/
¤ Still Flyers manage to kill a 4min penalty and a minor penalty while playing with three guys. \0/
¤ They get their first two points. \0/
