Fanfic reading pet peaves

1) Finding a story that looks promising and seems well liked, reading it for a bit and just leaving it because it's not the kind of thing you like. This is the weirdest one because I don't get it myself... Like there is nothing obvious wrong about these fics, they have good grammar and the sentences make sense (unlike some of the things I write) but something in the style just rubs me the wrong way.
2) People not using capital letters in the beginnings of sentences and with proper nouns. Seriously why is this a thing? I have seen this in fics that have been betaed, so it must be a conscious choice by the writer. So annoying.
3) Fics where the pov jumps around from one sentence to the next, or between paragraphs. This is a deal breaker for me, I just can't keep reading.
>_>
In other news... =D I'm going to go visit
arilyn9 for a few days. That's always fun. If I manage to get to the train station in time, that is... I haven't used the bus from my new apartment before this and I have no idea which ones still run on Sundays. Oops. ^_^;
