I just love the idea of it so much. I have read stories written for it before (I mean who hasn't?) But I never really looked into it, like how it actually works etc.
So have any of you participated? How was it? What kind of story did you write/get in return? Just come talk to me about it, please?
I really want to sign up because there are so many awesome fandoms out there, that don't have any fic. (or at least I haven't found any) It would be so cool to get to read a story set in a rare fandom. (some movies and books spring to mind) Also, I think I could write a short story, under 5000 words for someone (the minimum is a 1000 words). I went through the whole list of offered fandoms and I wrote down way more than the ten you can offer to write for.
It just seems so intimidating to be honest...
