It's actually pretty nice here right now, the sun is shining and everything.
The research down at the Archive has been going pretty well too, so can't really complain (well I might once I actually start reading through all the material and find out if anything I photographed is actually usefull to my topic)

I also think I'll actually have time to look through all the materials I might need! That is pretty good, because I was worried that I wouldn't have enough time. I might actually have too much time on my hands, I have no idea what I should do on Sunday when the Archives are closed. >_> I was thinking that it would be a good chance to go see the Avengers again, but that only takes care of a couple hours.

Oh and a funny thing happened today. This old man asked me for directions and I of course didn't know anything helpful... but the funny bit was that he asked me if I was Canadian and when I said I was from Finland he said "Selanne! The hockey player. He's from Finland, right?" which is all kinds of awesome, because you really don't expect old British dudes to know much about hockey. (which made me think about how I'm missing the games and that made me a bit sad, but hopefully I'll get to see a few games once I get back.)

I'm going to try and find a HMV today and see if Sherlock season two bluray has gotten cheap enough that I want to buy it. I'm also thinking that I should buy Downton Abbey dvd's if they don't cost as much here as they do back home.

The hostel where I'm staying in located right next to the train tracks, which was sort of annoying the first night but since then I've gotten used to the noise...

(This was my third visit to London and this was the first time I actually had Fish & Chips! It was pretty good actually, but I thought the mushed peas were a bit odd. And I also got a huge cup of tea here at the Archives. I bet it had close to 4dl of tea... Gotta love it)

Hahaa way to go Selanne! Everyone knows him :D Well, at the moment you aint missing much :( We lost to Canada 4-3... After having the lead twice. (2-0 and 3-1 I think)

Oh and I won't be here on tuesday after all D: I got contacted by my usual summer employers and I can start on monday so I'll have to leave on sunday... It's really sudden, I was hoping for a couple of weeks off time but well. It's work which means money so.

Maybe, it's just that I don't really want to spend any money, so that narrows things down quite a bit. But yeah I'm sure I'll figure something out.

It was a bit random. :D Mom sent me a text after the game was over... Too bad for us. I hope this won't start a trend.

Okay, can't be helped then. :) And maybe it's for the better and I can get started on my seminar paper. And I hope you'll work on your cosplay as well? I got an email saying they have shipped the costume for me, so it should get here in time.

Ah true. But if it's a good whether I think it might be nice to just walk around a bit, take a book and sit somewhere and read?

Yeah I hope so too. Especiallu because this was the first time ever we were behind in a game and didn't manage to score after that... But well, USA tomorrow~

Ah that's true too. But I'd have Really liked to squee some more over One Direction now that I've had time to properly go through youtube clips, fic and dedicated tumblrs. I hope you'll have time someday so we can meet through messenger? : )
I promise to try my best! But honestly I have to say that now that I'll actually be working these weeks it's a little less likely again that I'll actually manage it :( But I will try my best though!

Or I'll just stay at the hostel and read or watch the dvd's I got. x) Might be a good idea, so I won't spend all my money before I get to the HP tour thing.

I hope the USA game will go better for us.

Haha yeah that would have been fun. :D So yes we have to talk about it at some point, maybe even skype but at least do the msn thing xD

Well maybe you can finish it by Tracon? That's still pretty far away. :)

(also, I definitely need to find some 1D icons as soon as I get home... Oh and I ended up buying two posters of them. I'm not sure if I want them on my wall though, I mean how embarrassing!!! And to top that they're too big for my suitcase so now I have to opent the rolls and fold them in half or something to make them fit... *grumble grumble*)

Ooh skype sounds like fun too! At the moment I think I'll have a morning shift next week so I'll probably be on msn in the evenings, about six onwards or so. Although I'll try not to be up too late so that I'll at least be half concious at work the next day :) But seriously, I knew that I had a dirty mind but it's going on overdrive lately. It seems like a cannot look a picture of the band or it's members without my mind driving headfirst into the gutter /o\

Ah yes that might work too! But I'll try my best in either case :) Oh and btw, I think I have a small Pakkun plushie somewhere in here. I though that I could bring it if you'd like to take pictures or something? :)

Hee, I was trying to find 1d icons too, with no luck thus far... Hee it's nice that you found something at least :) But I kind of know what you mean :D For two days now I've been listening to their album while out and about, and everytime I enter a quiet place I kind of get paranoid that someone could actually hear what I'm listening to /o\ Oh and I think I actually blushed one time when I realised I was mouthing the words, thus almost giving myself away! So, definately a quilty pleasure this on is :D

Hopefully! :) Downton Abbey is so awesome! I loved it to pieces when I was watching it (I too downloaded the episodes but I definitely wanted to own the dvd's as well)
