I totally forgot to bring the cable for my camera when I went home (as usual) so I didn't have a chance to post any before, but now you shall suffer! *muah ha haa* Ahem sorry.

But anyway my aunt has a new puppy and it would be an affront to my puppy adoring ways not to post some of them. And then there is a photo of my bachelors degree diploma, which was waiting for me here when I got back. \0/

Whee~ Last but not least some proof of all the years I've been bumming around university... xD I dunno what is up with the rainbow coloured crest thing at the bottom but I'll take it.


And now back to writing bbb story. Do not mention all the school stuff I should finish as well. Those don't mean anything to me right now! I must finish this story, I must I must I must!

ohh, i'm with you on the BBB. i'm participating in a bigbang of my own in the remus/sirius fandom and i'm so not motivated to do anything about it atm... i've only got a month left to finish it and i've got about a third of the story left to write.

I have four days left until the deadline for first drafts... /0\ But it's kind of cool that there is still big bangs for HP characters, shows the longevity of that fandom.

Totally, we'll do that first thing tomorrow, or maybe next week, but we'll get there eventually. x)

the deadline for first draft for me was just four days ago, but ugh. i'm at 42k (the min. requirement was 20k) and the thing just keeps growing.
it's impressive! i had no idea until i got dragged into the fandom last autumn. there's a shitload of bigbangs and ficfests for them out there. (i'm signed up for four in total just this spring. ugh.)

Thanks, I think it's a nice name too. (my mom has the same second name so I guess it's kind of a tradition almost) And yeah it is a relief to at least have something to show for my efforts. ^_^

A goat as a pet is a bit more strange but they also used to have ducks and chickens as pets and they still have a horse too, so I guess they just like farm animals. =D

Don't panic, there's still time! I sent my draft off (because I thought the deadline was last weekend, fail my LIFE /o\), but, oh my god, it still needs so much work DX Oh well, it'll get finished. Probably. :)

How long did it end up being? I can't wait to read it once it's finished, (I'm sure you will get there!) 'cause I'm dying to know what is really going on and how it will all work out. =)

Ahaha, maybe :) It's... ooh, I think about 28k? But the ending needs a bit of cleaning up and there's still a little bit that's just placeholder notes, so I'd guess it's going to be somewhere between 30 and 35k. And, haha, that's reassuring! I could send the most recent version over, if you like, because I've done quite a bit since I last sent it :)

Urgh that is way too early, I feel your pain. (imo mornings should be completely ignored by sleeping through them. ^_^;) If it's the same one you mentioned in the e-mail it sounds like so much fun! Are the characters flight attendants, or do they just work at the airport? (is it going to be like one of those reality tv shows they have about easyjet and things like that? [wow maybe you can tell but I'm super curious] Feel free to ignore my nosey questions. =D)

That is super nice to hear, ugh I need to keep faith in this so I can finish it. (I haven't written anything this massive in five years and I don't want to run out of steam when I'm so close to finishing.)

AGREED. Ugh. Mornings should not even be legal, if you ask me. And, hee, I'm certainly enjoying writing it! They all work for a little charter firm, so they're all flight attendants, pilots, etc. I don't know if you listen to Cabin Pressure at all (I recommend it, it's fantastic), but it owes a lot to that :D

Don't worry, I know the feeling! I think this is the worst part, when you're so close to finishing but there's still a bit to go. Don't lose faith in yourself! (:
