New show!

So I gave in and watched Hawaii five-0, all thirteen glorious episodes in two evenings. And waaaah~ it is pretty and the slash potential is epic. It is also completely ridiculous and I couldn't tell you what individual episodes were about, but that is not the point of this show. Let me show you:

This is Steve McGarret, the leading man, all stoic and military (navy SEAL) and seriously he could be the long lost twin of John Sheppard. Also he is very pretty.


Steve also likes to take his shirt off a lot, which I think the fandom appreciates universally


Mmm hips...


This is Danny (Williams, maybe? See this is how much I actually pay attention to the actual show... I would have no idea about the name if I hadn't already read a lot of fanfic) He's a cop from Jersey. Danny doesn't like to take his shirt off which is a pity and has ridiculous hair, but he's my favourite. *nod nod*


He has a daughter called Grace (um probably) and Danny moved to Hawaii (where the show takes place) because his ex-wife moved there and took Grace with her. Dude moved from Jersey to Hawaii just to be closer to his daughter. <3


This cap is here just because I find it adorable, also Danny talks with his hands, a lot. That too is adorable. Also he always wears a tie to work because that's professionalism for you. He doesn't care that you don't wear a tie to work in Hawaii. <3


Yup, totally my favourite


This is Chin (pretty sure about that) he's a cop too and awesome, also pretty. (yay a Lost cast member!)

This is Kono, she just graduated from cop school but is already awesome and kicks seven kinds of ass. (yay Boomer from BSG, now I can like her without the creepy factor of her being an evil robot!)


So prettyyyy~ Also gunporn!


And then they fight crime!

But that is secondary to the epic love story of Steve and Danny!
Steve gives Danny a lot of adoring looks. (also I kind of dig the height difference!)


They have a lot of meaningful talks in cars, and meaningful looks, can't forget about those.


They aren't finicky about personal space


Um... well

Hee~ And yes, as a matter of fact, I did say cops. =D
They are some kind of special task force... thingy. (did I mention how I haven't been paying attention to the plot?) It is super pretty and yeah, those guys are so getting married later on. (well one can always dream)

I have no idea what Chris is up to... xD But adjusting his pants might be the safest bet.

Oooh now I'm really interested! Although I'm not sure how much I'd have to put hope on the plot by your recommendation :D Might be fun to watch while I wait for all those series to pick up again though.

That's what I thought! Just didn't know if it was all wishful thinking :D

Well there is a longer storyline that I can remember, but I don't want to mention it too much, because I count it as a spoiler. It's not a bad show, by any means, so give it a try if you think you might like it. =)
