Whee~ I got my Vices & Virtues deluxe edition thingy today! (actually it arrived yesterday but I was too lazy to pick it up from the post office) I was a bit disappointed with the DVD (I wanted it to be longer and have more stuff) and the t-shirt was huge but all in all money well spent.

I went to see the physiotherapists today because my right hip joint has been giving me trouble for a while now (wow I'm so old my hip hurts... how depressing is that?) but surprisingly my hip is actually fine and the problem is with my knee on the other leg. Weird stuff. But yeah the physiotherapists said that my knee cap keeps trying to slide out of place and I'm somehow compensating for the wrong position of my left knee with my right leg, which is putting too much pressure on that hip. I'm going back in two weeks and he's going to give me some exercises to make my knee muscles (um... don't ask me what they are really called) stronger and stop my knee from being all wonky.

So this ended up being a good day. I found out what is wrong with me (even if I still don't know why my knee is like that. I have to remember to ask next time) and I got me some Panic! goodies.

I guess Spencer is really into photography now 'cause that looks like a serious camera. (not that I know anything about these things) Also I approve of his choice in models (he was taking photos of Brendon)
