We might get a gay president. I guess we'll know in two weeks when the second round of voting takes place. (First there were like seven candidates and today it was cut down to two) I know it's stupid to reduce the candidate to their sexual preference but still, I like what it says about my country, that a gay candidate can get this far.

On a completely different note, I'm so addicted to Skyrim it's not even funny... I'm really glad I'm not supposed to be doing anything else right now so this gaming spree isn't destroying my life or anything.

I hope you get a gay president. I was at a lecture the other day held by Lauri Karvonen from Åbo Akademi about the presidential election. he did a good job but it was clear to me that he was rooting for the gay candidate because he wanted a Finland that was modern and progressive.

How about Siinistö? I thought he was clear cut to win. how did he fare?

It was really nice to see Haavisto do so well especially because some of the other candidates were so horribly outdated (to me) that it made me cringe...

Niinistö did get 37% of the vote and Haavisto got 18,8% so yeah it's likely that Niinistö will win, but you never know. =)

Just a typo, happens to everyone. =) But yeah, it all depends on who the people whose candidate didn't make it are going to vote for... (and wow that sentence is so messed up, but I can't be bothered to think of a better way to say it, sorry)
