The quality there is really good and the stories are usually 50,000 words or more. Other than that I don't have any other tips than, try the links and see what catches your fancy. =)
Ah, yeah those kind of things might come up, but you wont really know what is fanon and what is canon until you see the episodes in question so you can sort of ignore possible spoilers like that. x)
